Details
group protection covers just the two hardcoded groups 'admin' and the insider group directly.
this feature needs to be extended to:
- add a system group whose group inheritance defines the scope of protection
- honour group inheritance
eg. if membership of the 'cheese' group also grants you membership of 'admin', then the 'cheese' group needs the same level of protection that admin has
