Building simulator needs a production build setting for TV.

John, is there any particular reason that we can't make a production build? Otherwise, I'm going to add it.

We can create a production build. We didn't create production app list just because we didn't need it at our previous phase. Please add it and build it. Thanks.

Looks like bug 1193227 causes MacOS Simulator breaks on latest m-c build.
