No options displayed in import dialog box wizard
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Tools / Import Utility
2. Select mail radio button and press next
3. In the next screen only a blank text object is displayed, no list of
programs to select.

this is a dup - it's also not a mail db bug - mail db bugs refer to problems
with the .msf files.
