The main menubar styling seems out of place on Win10 -- very light blue (made worse by a white glow on the text). Menubars are increasingly difficult to find in stock Windows apps, but seems like a better Modern fit would be to at least remove the glow.
Arguably the lighter background could also be changed to match the normal toolbar background?

I just used devtools to disable the text-shadow and made the background 100% transparent (normally 50%).

The text glow is particularly noticeable on inactive windows.
