Description:
If the user opens a bookmark that was added to the home screen the status bar icons will disappear for a long time.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150826051728
2) Open browser and navigate to a web page
3) Open the menu in the upper right corner and add the website to the home screen
4) Close the browser
5) Open the bookmark from the homescreen
6) Observe the status bar as webpage opens

Actual:
The status bar icons are not visible for an extended time

Expected:
It is expected that the status bar icons are always visible
