I presume this plan is agreed to by the owners of those two lists? Can we call it mozilla.dev.firefoxos rather than fxos? I agree it's a little longer, but it's also more accessible and obvious what it's about. Gerv
mozilla.dev.firefoxos works for me. Slightly related - I would also like to transition our IRC channels over to #firefoxos in that case.
Over to I&O for implementation of mozilla.dev.firefoxos. We will handle the deprecation/removal of the other two groups separately. You need to do co-running for a while in order to move people over. Gerv

It was what the dev-gaia and dev-b2g mailing lists agreed on. We already have our feedback list using it [1]. And the #fxos IRC channel already has a broader following than #firefoxos. If this ship has sailed, then fine. It's not a big deal; I just thought that, for new people, "firefoxos" explains much better what is going on in the group as they scan down the list. But I see other things which should match are already converted, so fair enough. Gerv
