User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2454.46 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Open a document in ProofHQ Viewer web application (Example: https://witalewski.proofhq.com/proof/4GkTnzKKV5Cif1eNPvhCmLYUNvbDJT4heG7jY8z33he5MD2ype)
Navigate through pages and occasionally change the zoom level.
Actual results:
Some of the pre-rendered bitmap tiles (which are created on the back-end for each page of the document on various zoom levels) are never loaded.
Examples:
The issue was reported by several ProofHQ customers. It only occurs on Firefox 40.
We were able to reproduce it in Firefox 40, but not in any of the previous versions of Firefox or any of the other major web browsers. All the reports from our customers concerned only Firefox 40.
Expected results:
All tiles should eventually be loaded displaying the requested content on appropriate zoom level.
asyncInit issue. Set about:config > dom.ipc.plugins.asyncInit=false and restart FF as workaround.
BUT update Firefox to 40.0.3, it's fixed (this minor update has switched dom.ipc.plugins.asyncInit from true to false by default).

We should verify that this has been fixed in the next 41 beta.

Using both Firefox 40 release and Firefox 41 beta 5, the bitmap tiles are loaded, but it may take some time, especially when zoom-in. I see no difference between these builds under Win 7 64-bit.
Could you please try to reproduce with latest Firefox beta 5 and let know your results? Thank you!
