Actual results: Minimise, maximise and close buttons lost . Menu bar showing correctly. Expected results: Three buttons should show
Bug 1194404 probably.
Works fine in Fx40.0.3 and Fx44b4 with "Walnut2 for Firefox" installed on Win10.
