Steps to reproduce:

Use a touch to scroll the website
Connect laptop back to the docking station
(output moves to external display with higher resolution than on laptop 13x7 vs 19x10)
Try to scroll website with a mouse scroll wheel


Actual results:

Website is scrolling much slower than it should
Only restart of Firefox is fixing that


Expected results:

Website should scroll faster (the same as normally without interfering with a touch screen)

We already addressed this issue in a more recent one (Bug 1235686) where I made some updates for the development team. Considering this, I will mark this one as duplicate.
