1200910 - [SMS] the caller name is not shown correctly due to the country prefix

Description

Step:

1. Add name (Amily) and number (0911234567) in Contacts
2. Send a message from the device with number (0911234567)

Expect:
Notification shows Name (Amily) instead of Number (0911234567)

Actual:
Notification shows Number [phone] with country code, so it can't be recognized


Need QA's help to check if its a regression/regression-window.

Comms triage: That might be a dupe of bug 1114525. Fred, did you import your contacts with either no SIM card or while being in a foreign country?

Yes, I import my contact during whistler, but the same SIM card (in roaming) is inserted.

Fred, as a quick fix, you can try reimporting your contact in a non-roaming condition.

    I can't repro this bug on latest build of Flame KK v2.5&2.2 and Aries KK v2.5 by the STR in comment 0.
    
    Could you have some special steps or help to provide more detail steps?
