Absolutely no rush on this, but please may you remove the robots.txt entry from the stage+prod Apache configs, now we have WhiteNoise serving this as of bug 1199046.
Alias /robots.txt /var/www/html/robots.txt
ProxyPass /robots.txt !

wow, the apache configs are starting to look sparse! all set, puppet will push over the next ~hour.
