Please do not decomm any talos linux machines, they are still under warranty. Vlad, what's the issue with this machine?

What is the nature of the problem?
Summary: Please decommission talos-linux32-ix-022 → Please run diagnostics on talos-linux32-ix-022
From what I saw in the problem tracking bug 1103082, the jobs are burned and the slave most of the time was disabled
running memtest first.
