Requirements:
- Be able to send a supported media file (audio or video) sitting on a page to a connected TV
- The option to send to the TV should only be available when fennec and the TV see each other (sitting on the same WiFi)
- The URL of the 'sent / casted' video should bring the browser up on the TV and start playing it once loaded 'in the present' and not queued up for later (the use case is an immediate action)
User Stories:
- As a user, I want to be able to easily send (cast) a video or audio file to a connected TV, so I can see the video on the big screen immediately.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Send a supported media file to the TV from an intuitive menu.
- Casted URL should bring up the browser on the TV and start playing the video
Additional Info:
- This concept is about casting and not mirroring.
- We'll leverage the work done to support casting to a Roku or Chromecast
- The 'cast' icon will show up in a supported video (and a user can tap that to cast it out to a connected streaming device), and where possible, the 'cast' icon would also appear in the URL bar that denotes there is a castable video on the page (but the latter scenario is less fool-proof due to how web pages are coded)
- Media capability from Panasonic FxOS Smart TV (expected support): http://html5test.com/compare/browser/panasonicviera-2015.html
- Target for Fx 43, but dependent on presentation API and can, therefore, slip to 44

Cast icon would be placed in the URL bar, and on the video element
