If you are logged out of Bugzilla and have forgotten your password, there's a button that says "Forgot Password", which is good. However, if you _are_ logged into Bugzilla but have forgotten your password, then there's no link to indicate how to reset your password on the page for changing your password in User Preferences. This makes it hard to figure out how to do a password reset.
- adds "i forgot my password" link to account tab
