The property dialog for a bookmark is too short. It cuts off the bottom of the
OK and cancel buttons.
To reproduce:
1. Be in the Modern theme.
2. Right-click on a bookmark, either in the personal toolbar or in the
"Manage Bookmarks" page.
3. Select "Properties".
In Classic, the buttons fit exactly within the dialog.

Using Linux build 2002-01-15-06.
