RFE: Implement support for setting a default printer for Xprint module We should modify the xprintutil code that the default printer is always listed at the top of the list - or add a function to peek the default printer from the array of available printers returned by XpuGetPrinterList()...

Fixed by bug 120916 ("PostScript/Xprint module revamp). Use the XPRINTER env var to set the default printer. If XPRINTER env var is not present the XprintUtil code looks for PDPRINTER, LPDEST, and PRINTER (in that order, see DtPrintSetupBox(3) for details) ... ... marking bug as FIXED.
