STR:   (Win7_64, Nightly 43, 32bit, ID 20150905030205, new profile, safe mode)
1. Open https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/open-tabs-next-to-current/ in new tab
2. Click "Add to Firefox"   [you will see the tooltip]
3. Wait until add-on is downloaded and "Install" button become active
4. Click "Add to Firefox" button on web page
5. Wait until file is downloaded
6. Open add-ons manager (Ctrl+Shift+A)
7. Click close button near any of 2 instances of add-on

Result:       After Step 6 you see 2 instances of add-on. After Step 7 the tab with AMO becomes active
              and displays tooltip with add-on

Expectations: After Step 6 add-on manager should display 1 instance of add-on OR
              After Step 7 active tab should not change
