Details

There is currently no campaign table in the Tiles database. Zenko creates campaign organizations from an object that is hand written in redshift.py --> https://github.com/matthewruttley/zenko/blob/master/redshift.py?ts=4#L127 This should first be abstracted to its own JSON file and then a separate function created that can export a list of tiles and their campaign groupings as a JSON file.
