STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 43, 32bit, ID 20150910030225, new profile, safe mode) 1. Open attached html page 2. Open devtools -> Inspector, open sidebar, adjust sidebar's width so that first line of <img> element ended with "src" attribute's value [watch video]. 3. Place mouse under the ~7th letter from the end of "src" attribute's value 4. Quickly move mouse up (to the "src" attribute's value), then to the right. Or better diagonally. (To cross the "src"'s value and move mouse from markup-view to sidebar) Expectations: Tooltip should hide Result: [watch video] Tooltip stays on page. Looks like 'mouseout' event fires before tooltip is loaded, so it doesn't hide. Workaround: click anywhere or hover mouse over any text in inspector to show another tooltip. I'm leaving it unconfirmed, because it's little harder to reproduce than bug 1026544, and maybe it'll be marked as Wontfix. But when I encountered it first time, it wasn't intentional.
I was also able to reproduce this in ruleview
