1. Open http://people.mozilla.org/~shorlander/mockups-interactive/spinner-test/spinner-01-svg.html (link from bug 605245)
2. Set zoom level -> 30% (minimum)
3. Right-click the spinner, click "Inspect Element"
4. Hover mouse over the div.spinner element in markup-view
Result: [watch video] There's sometimes white line between tooltip content
and tooltip arrow (small triangle at the bottom of tooltip)
Expectations: Tooltip should be solid
Severity: normal → trivial
