1205026 - [Music][NGA] Forwarding to next song behavior is different on NGA when selected from Tile View

STR:
Open Music-NGA app with music files already loaded
Go to tile view, select a song
In the player view, tap forward button continuously

Actual:
Either the song does not change, or it cycles a list of songs, then comes back to the original song.
Expected:
On the OGA Music app, it exits to the tile view if there is no next song or the list is exhausted

I think there is some inconsistencies in the forwarding logic when the song is selected from the tile view.  Depending on which song I pick, it either iterates a list of songs, or it doesn't at all.  Picking some songs actually iterates a different list of songs as well.  This happens on both OGA and NGA app.  Happens often when I have songs from different album/singer

So the main difference between OGA and NGA is that while OGA eventually exits to the tile view when keep pressing forward skip button, in NGA it doesn't do that, staying in the player view.
