1205064 - [Dialer] Creating a contact from a dialed number prompts the user that a duplicate was found

If the user dials a number in dialer, taps the "add as a contact" icon and then creates the contact, they will be prompted that "duplicate information" was found and is presented with the option to "Merge 1 contact".

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to the RC4 build.
2) Sideload the update zip to update to the dogfood test build 20150915152315
3) Open the dialer app. 
4) Dial a number without calling it and tap on the "Add as a contact" button.
5) Fill out a name for the contact and tap "done".

Actual:
The user is prompted that "duplicate information" was found and is presented with the option to merge the contact even though that contact does not exist.

Expected:
The user is not prompted that "duplicate information" was found when the contact does not exist on the phone.

Just tested this on my aries using today's build as well as on the emulator without being able to reproduce. I suspect this might have been fixed by the recent changes / backouts to the contacts app as most of that workflow happens outside of the dialer. I'm closing as WFM for now, please re-open if this occurs again.
