Details

I'm just verifying at lot of bugs. To do so I have to scroll all the way to the
bottom of the page to see which bug is being dupe of. If would cut down a lot of
scrolling if the bug number was displayed just after the "Resolution: 
DUPLICATE". So that the line would look something like:
Resolution:  DUPLICATE (38893)
the "38893" would be a link to the bug and would include the title tag so that I
could hold the cursor over the link the subject of the bug would show.
