User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 Build ID: 20150916030203 Steps to reproduce: 1. Run any Firefox version in Arabic. 2. Open Responsive design mode in developer tools. Actual results: Responsive design mode has wrong direction (position). Expected results: If Responsive design UI is in the right side, devtools-responsiveui-resizebarV and devtools-responsiveui-resizehandle should be opposite position in RTL locales. Or if keep their position, Responsive design UI should be in the left side (same with LTR locales).
