1205660 - Autophone - disable global autophone-tests selector on try

Specifying -u autophone-tests in a try message will submit jobs for every possible autophone job which will result in hundreds of individual tests/chunks being submitted to Autophone which simply can not handle the load.

I am going to disable the autophone-tests as a message that autophone will respond to but will keep responding to the individual tests.

I will also remove autophone-tests (all) selection from try chooser to prevent this happening in the future.

I believe the markup won't validate after this patch, there's now a start <div> but no end </div>.

I think the `<div class='option-subgroup'>` should just be removed.
