deployed 2015-09-17 11:49:27,207 I tested before these changes and afterwards and didn't see a perf change so I've gone ahead and deployed even though we have a large backlog since the non-local network related crashes are a problem and are even contributing to the growing backlog. I'll save the jobs.sqlite to make sure I can identify the pending jobs whose build dates are prior to this deployment.
