:pdehaan submitted a PR to fix issue and it was merged.  Although tests have stopped failing for apps/system/fxa, the tests were copied last month over to gaia/tv_apps/smart-system/fxa where they continue to fail intermittently.  I've NI'd tv_apps folks and awaiting reply.
