Details
NSIS 3.0b2 was released in early August. Per the release notes, it fixes some Windows 10 and Win64 issues.
I don't have a strong opinion on whether it's worth taking or not, but I'll be spinning a Mozillabuild 2.1 release soon and this would be an easy ride-along if we want it.

configure will need to be changed to support nsis-3.0b2 and you can't get rid of nsis-3.0b1 because it is used on aurora, beta, and release. Also note that nsis-2.46u is used on esr38.
