We have a category in discourse[1], but we have not been able to create subcategories. We would have roles to create subcategories of which we have already discussed with the team. 

We appreciate that some people assign the roles team to make such changes.

If you just need sub-categories, then please let us know what sub-categories you need and we'll make them. 

Currently Discourse doesn't allow per-category moderation/administration (adding categories would be an administrator task anyway, actually).

In that diagram, "Discourse" means the discourse/c/mozillanativo category as the base.

Then maybe there are a problem.
I think we need to be able to move posts from one (wrong chosen) category to another one, or to close discussion threads, etc.

As I understand from what you said, if we need things like those, even with subcategories created, we'll need to ask a global moderator's help?
I'll set your user level to 3, that way you can recategorize posts. Please only use this within your category, otherwise it'll be revoked.

With regard to creating subcategories, that's something that only admins can do, so you'll need to request those from us.

There is a typo on "Localizacion", it must be "Localización", please. :)
possibility would have someone add and edit these categories and sub ?
The image works, but it would be even better if someone could add the list of categories wanted in a comment here. That way we can also copy/paste to make sure there are no typos.

I"m so sorry for the delay in replying to this, I need to watch my bugmail better.

Discourse only does 2 levels, categories and sub-categories. Right now Nativo is the category, so you can only have one more level down. The only alternative is to consider having your own Discourse instance, but for now we don't have a way to link the Discourse instances together (this is coming in the future).
