Details
I've noticed this for a while but have kept forgetting to file.
1. Download a linux stub installer
2. Go through the install process as normal and have it start downloading the
files needed.
3. When all XPIs are installed, don't click on the 'Installation completed'
message.
Actual results: your CPU usage stays at 100%.
Expected: CPU usage normalizes. I don't expect it to rise until after I click
OK and Moz launches.
FWIW, I just tried this again with the linux 2002011708 stub install to verify
it still occurs.
