Attachment: [puppet] disable source clobber (temp)

source step is busted due to |make source-upload| hasn't been defined in suite/installer's Makefile.in.  (my apologies for this slipping through the crack).  Will get it fixed for the next release.  In the meantime, I'm going to manually do the upload.  This patch disables the clobber of the rel-c-rel-source tree so that I can go in and manually finish off the step.

failed to push the patch for bug 1201004 to c-r.  will need to push this if we do a 2.38.1
