Reproducible on 42 beta 1, latest 43.0a2 Aurora and 44.0a1 Nightly Affected platform: Mac OS X 10.10.5 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Click Hello icon 3. Open many conversations until the scrollbar appears in Hello panel. 4. Scroll through conversations. Expected results: No glitch. Actual results: Glitch. Notes: 1. Gif showing this issue: https://goo.gl/mXmZRq 2. Same glitch visible if scrolling through contact list (FxA). 3. Also reproducible with 39.0a1 - not a recent regression. 4. Not reproducible with Windows 10 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.

This is similar to bug 1175941 and will probably be fixed by bug 1291457.
