In https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=14e109e9bf77 the "tc(B)" on the first and second lines should be flagged as Tier-2 via the "Tier 2 - TC Desktop/Android" job profile. The `linux32` platform is part of the platform list, and "[TC] Linux32 Opt" is part of the job types list. I don't see anything else linux-related that I expect to match (these aren't mulet or b2g or linux64). What am I missing?

After some investigation, this ends up being a dup of bug 1166009. Commented in that bug.
