When I click on the tasks-Calendar menu item I often get the following error: The pointer at 0x0331d2c2 points to the memory at 0x00000018. The 'read' process could not be finished. (translated from German - the error message might not be the same in English) I find it very funny that this error message doesn't always appear, but just every now and then. I wasn't able to figure out why and where it crashes, but I'm working on that. I'm using a mozialla that I built myself based on a 0.9.7 source package with the calendar sources of Jan. 19th. The same error also appeared with a mozilla built on a more recent source package. I'll try to debug the problem this afternoon; I'll keep you informed.
Here's the newest debug information: I'm getting an 'unhandled exception in mozilla.exe (XPICAL.dll): 0xC0000005 access violation' error.
I think this is probably John's bug.

Its probably crashing while reading the .oecalendar file. Please attached it to this bug.
Here's your requested .oecalendar file. Renaming it to oecalendar really solves the problem! So the bug seems to be connected to this file. I have an additional comment: in Windows, this file should definitely NOT be named .oecalendar. The reason for that: Winows filenames MUST contain a letter in front of the dot. It is e.g. not possible to rename "oecalendar" to ".oecalendar" without usint the command line. I propose that this file should be named C:\oecalendar, maybe with the Windows 'hidden' flag set to produce the same result as on Unix.
