121120 - Give user the option to view as text in mozilla

Sometimes when clicking on a link, Mozillow opens a dialog "Downloading ..."
that allows the user to choose between saving the file to disk or 
opening using some external application. I found that oftentimes that
file is just an ASCII file that could be shown directlz in Mozilla.
The dialog should include an option that allows the user to tell Mozilla
that this is text or html and should be shown as such internally.
Also, the dialog that allows to specify an external application for 
handling that type in the future should allow to specify internal 
handling by mozilla.
