Bookmarks sidebar open, bookmark selected (i.e. I just visited a bookmarked
page). Click either the up/down arrows or in the scrollbar "channel" (i.e. to
scroll bookmarks by a page). Causes the browser to reload the bookmark
currently selected. Seems to act just as if I clicked on the bookmark again.

Running the 2002012108 build on Mandrake Linux 8.1 (2.4.16 kernel).
Confirming.

-Single click on up/down arrows in bookmarks sidebar triggers
pageload of selected bookmark.
-Single clicking the focus-ring on either side of scrollbar also triggers a
pageload.

Likely unrelated but mentioning all the same:
Right-clicking a bookmark spawns a pagefull of this js error in console:
Warning: reference to undefined property aResource.QueryInterface

Update: opening/closing a folder in the bookmark tree, i.e. clicking on the [+]
causes the same behavior.

Dragging the "thumb" does NOT cause the behavior.

this isn't unique to bookmarks - it affects history-sidebar as well:
Double-clicking an url in sidebar history will normally load it from there.
And double-clicking scrollbar arrows in history sidebar will load a selected url
in history.
Modifying summary.

This happens in both modern and classic theme, and widgets in both history and
bookmark sidebar are affected. Changing component to XP-apps/GUI features.

sorry blake, another regression after outliner syntax change landing
something weird happens to my local build with v 1.24 of
mozilla/xpfe/components/history/resources/historyTreeOverlay.xul

History gets trunkated down to nothing but a weird row of blank columns.
All history items gone. Context menus also blank.
Sidebar and main history window both affected.
Still broken in build 2002020222 (Linux). Selecting a bookmark then clicking
the up/down arrows or the scroll "channel" in the sidebar reloads the bookmarked
page. Note, collapsing or expanding an outliner [+] does NOT seem to trigger
the bug any longer.

Still seeing a variant of this in 0.9.9:

- expand a folder in the bookmarks tree
- scroll the bookmarks sidebar all the way down
- collapse the folder, the currently selected page reloads
