Details

Currently workers from all over a process will appear in a single timeline. This means, that, for the content process, an Performance tool opened for a single content window (i.e. docshell) will also display worker markers from other content windows. This can be terribly confusing. At least we have process separation at the moment (chrome markers don't appear alongside content markers), but that's still not enough. This is a followup for adding docshell identification to worker markers, so they only appear in relevant timeline consumers.

This may still be relevant, but is a bit sparse on details. I'm going to close it as I think we will file follow-up bugs for docshell separation features as we move towards using exclusive Gecko Profiler markers.
