No, not at the moment.
So it is ok that Louie starts to work on it now, my suggesion to Louie is to
port nsClipboard.cpp and nsClipboard.h from widget/src/gtk into widget/src/gtk2
and add some hooking code in widget/src/gtk2, is it the right way?

Nooooo, please don't do that. gtk2 handles all of the i18n stuff that the code
in there does. This should really be new code.
