I need to figure out what to do about viewer and gtk2. Right now there are lots of missing widgets in the gtk2 code that would make viewer not work. When is that thing going to die, anyway?

I'm not sure because I haven't really looked into it. Viewer is vestigal so I haven't put any time into it.
