What is the algorithm we're using for Top Rated themes? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/?sort=rating Many of the top hits are five years old. Is there a happy medium between Up & Coming and Top Rated? Perhaps take creation date into account when showing Top Rated themes?
