Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
2. Wait for buffering completion
3. Observe Taskmanager CPU usage

Actual Results:
With e10s: CPU usage approx. 10%-13% (firefox.exe+plugin-container.exe)
Without e10s: CPU usage approx. 1-5% (firefox.exe)

Note: Core2Quad(Q8300 power save mode)

This is a duplicate of bug 1217185 where the sandbox was blocking hardware decoding.
