The latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC update for Windows is version 2015.009.20071 (15.009.20071). Release notes: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/DC/dccontinuousoctober2015ooc.html
The PluginCheck page "update" link goes to https://get.adobe.com/reader/ and the version offered is 2015.009.20069 for Windows 7. Looks like you need to use Adobe's internal updater ("Adobe Acrobat Reader -> Help -> Check for updates") to get the latest update. Even so, Windows users are reporting that the PluginCheck page tells them that the latest version is outdated when the internal updater is showing that the latest version (15.009.20071) is installed.
