Bug 1162635 added top and bottom borders on notification. This needs especially changes on Windows.

This patch fixes the double borders on Windows by adding notificationside="..." and removing some now unneeded styles.

Bug 1215333 implements now also the notificationside="..." for OS X. This patch here shouldn't need a change for this.
