121598 - Two separators appear in bookmarks menu

Using current CVS linux build, two <menuseparator>s appear in the Bookmarks menu
between the top level folders and top level bookmarks.

This was not present on yesterday's build (2002012308).

Using build 2002-01-23-21; it seems that all existing separators have been moved
to the top of their respective bookmark folders.

CVS from 7:30 CET
What I see is that all separators are between folders and bookmarks in a given
folder.
No problem in bookmark sidebar and bookmark management window.

On Windows build 2002-01-24-06-trunk, I have 6 separators bunched together on my
bookmarks menu and separators are missing from where they normally are. I will
attach a screenshot.

I have three separators bunched together at the very bottom of my bookmark list
in Win98 build 2002012403.

Apparently, these newest builds are moving the separators around in a bizarre
way for lots of people, and not always consistently.

As Christopher Aillon pointed out, this is not really a duplicate of bug 116362.

In any case, I'm using build 2002-01-24-21 on Linux now, and I don't see the
problem anymore. The separators are in their right places.

Yep, reopening as I bet bug 116362 is an ongoing problem there.  This is fixed
for me too on the 2421 build so I'll resolve it as fixed in a second.
