The button doesn't look correct. Although that under Linux doesn't look exactly the same as the design mockup, that still looks fine. But this button doesn't.
I suppose this is a regression from bug 1209060.

Bug 1213280 will probably make the text look less cramped, but it won't change the vertical alignment.

The main issue in this bug is that, applying padding to button doesn't work at all on OS X. Then it is probably not a regression of bug 1209060, because it seems xul button does not work that way either. I've filed another bug for that.
