Details
If I reboot the phone, the lockscreen displays correctly.
After I receive one notification, however, the whole screen has, and keeps, that opacity layer over it that was previously behind only the notifications over the whole screen.
This persists until the next reboot; it's cosmetic, but makes the lockscreen appear washed-out.
I'm using the Xperia Z3c, and I'm up-to-date on software and firmware.
