[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Core feature that can leave device difficult to recover from If you disable the screen reader with the volume up/down shortcut (press volume up, then down 6 times (I think)), normal touch input is not enabled, but the screen reader is turned off. At this point, you can only lock the phone or enable the screen reader.
Actually, this also happens via the Settings menu.
