oremj is working on making hte upload host more powerful.

The host is now an m3.xlarge writing to ephemeral storage. We'll keep an eye on it, in case we need to bump it again.

Still happen to me on Try pushes ~50min ago. :heycam recommends reopening.

Please rebase your patches onto the tip of m-c, where the config is set correctly to use [e-mail] (rather than [e-mail]....).
