Steps to reproduce:
Right-clicked on the Start icon and chose Control Panel, clicked on Display, set all the windows elements to 20. Launched Firefox.
Actual results:
Firefox truncated the bottom of the address bar.
Expected results:
Address bar should have taken up more vertical space to accommodate the larger font size.
