In Tor Browser, a patch was added to stop the cross-compiled Windows builds from crashing on shutdown.

We would like to propose uplifting this patch to mozilla-central.

The patch has already been committed to NSS already, see bug 1151447. It seems that the recent NSS update in m-c didn't include it yet :/
